Installation, use and maintenance:

1. Newly installed or long-term oil-immersed transformers must be safe to use at 500V before operation, otherwise they should be hot-baked. The hot drying treatment method can generally take the charged drying method or send it to the drying room to dry, and check whether the fasteners are loose after drying, and if they are loose, they should be tightened.

2. The oil-immersed transformer must be well grounded to ensure safety.

3. It is not allowed to be used in parallel.

4. The input voltage value of this machine shall not exceed the rated voltage, so as not to burn out the machine or electrical equipment, and when the machine is not in use, the output voltage should be adjusted to 0V, and the input power supply should be cut off.

5. The surface of the coil in contact with the brush should be kept clean frequently, otherwise it is easy to cause sparks and burn the surface of the coil.

6. From the power supply to the oil-immersed transformer, the conductor and wire terminal joints from the oil-immersed transformer to the load should be in good contact and can pass the rated current of the oil-immersed transformer.

7. The oil-immersed transformer should always be kept clean, and no water droplets and oil stains are allowed to fall into the oil-immersed transformer.
