Low partial discharge: Epoxy resin thermoplastic resin adopts two technologies: overseas cutting-edge mixing method and vacuum pump plastic film degassing, so that the asphalt mixture is mixed and the bubbles in the asphalt mixture are removed. The product has only a very low partial discharge level, which can be controlled below 5PC. The high and low voltage electromagnetic coils are poured under vacuum and pressure, so that the epoxy resin insulation layer not only has full wrapping, but also has layer plugging and leaching. Coiled coils, glass fibers and other insulating materials have the characteristics of self-resting, will not cause electrical isolation due to short circuit faults, and epoxy resin will not cause toxic and harmful substances under high fever.

Structural characteristics of SCB13-4000KVA dry-type transformer:
1. Chassis: It is made of cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface layer is solved by phosphating treatment, which has excellent anti-rust performance. The shell is lined with epoxy fiberglass yarn to enhance the level of resistance to external forces and at the same time prevent moisture from entering.
2. Iron core: made of ferrite core. The surface layer of the core is shot blasted and rust removed, and the paint is maintained and then dried. The internal structure of the core is wiped with high-pressure air, and then soaked in oil, and then removed to the oil tank for drying.
3. Winding resistance: It is composed of multiple cylindrical transmission lines. The number of coil turns per phase of the wire is specified according to the different volumes.
4. Refrigeration system: including heat pipe, radiator and fan. The heat pipe heat sink is made of copper coins. The fan is self-fan-cooled.
5. Tap-changer: There are two types of tap-changer: array double-throw and three-knife three-throw. When the primary side voltage is equal to the secondary side working voltage, the tap-changer is in the center position, and the current in the main circuit passes through, and the power factor on the secondary side is 1, which is equivalent to a blood pressure transformer. When the working voltage of the primary side exceeds the working voltage of the secondary side, the tap-changer is in the center position, and the current flow in the main circuit does not pass, and the power factor of the secondary side is less than 1, which is equivalent to a transformer.
6. Control cabinet: used for installation and maintenance of electrical components of various components. There is a panoramic sunroof cut on the shell, which is conducive to inspection.
7. Base: The part that comes into contact with the ground is padded with elastic rubber.
