SCB11-125KVA/10KV/0.4KV dry-type transformer is mainly designed for imported equipment voltage different from Chinese power grid voltage. The design voltage level is below 1000V, and the power grid in Chinese mainland 380V is converted into different voltages to supply power to the equipment, and the main product voltage levels are: input: 380V, 400V, 420V, 440V, output: 440V, 220V, 200V, 127V, 110V, 100V, 36V, 24V, etc.

Foil coils:
The low-voltage winding is made of a whole section of copper foil, which is wound on a special low-voltage foil winding machine with F-class turn insulation. The foil coil better solves the outstanding problems of low voltage, high current coil wire winding product short circuit stress, unbalanced ampere turn, poor heat dissipation effect, winding helix angle, and unstable manual welding quality. At the same time, the end of our company’s winding is potted with resin, cured and formed, moisture-proof and anti-fouling. The lead copper bar is automatically welded by argon arc welding.

The transformer adopts BWDK series signal thermometer, and the temperature measuring element is buried in the upper half of the low-voltage coil, which can automatically detect and display the working humidity of the three-phase coil. And there is an over-temperature alarm* and trip function.

c. Waveform of the supply voltage
The waveform of the supply voltage resembles a sine wave.
d. Symmetry of multiphase supply voltage
The supply voltage to which the multiphase transformer is connected should be approximately symmetrical.
