SCB10-80KVA dry-type transformer structure composition:
Iron core: The silicon steel sheet is made of high-quality silicon steel sheet 30Q-130 of Wuhan Iron and Steel Steel, each silicon steel lamination is impregnated with insulating paint to reduce eddy current loss, the shear burr and stacking gap of the iron core meet the requirements of the first standard, and the iron core is firmly clamped and well insulated.
Winding: Copper conductor with high conductivity, segmented layer coil for high-voltage winding, foil coil for low-voltage winding. The transformer does not crack the coil surface over its lifetime due to temperature changes. The transformer has a temperature measuring device and adopts a Pt100 sensor. The sensor is equipped with a Pt100 sensor at the upper end of the low-voltage coil near the core, and at the temperature of each phase of the low-voltage coil. The iron core is supported on the insulator, which is grounded by a detachable iron core grounding connecting piece, and has a clear grounding symbol or word.
Both the core and the metal parts have an anti-corrosion protective layer.
SCB10-80KVA dry-type transformer performance:
1. The high-voltage and low-voltage coils of dry-type transformers are wound with copper foil and poured with epoxy resin. Epoxy resin has high electrical, mechanical and thermal properties and has moisture-proof, fire-proof and self-extinguishing functions.
2. The core and metal parts of the dry-type transformer need to have an anti-corrosion protective layer and have good moisture-proofness.
3. It can operate normally under the highest humidity, and can be put into operation without drying after long-term deactivation.
Examine:
1. Whether there is abnormal sound and vibration.
2. Whether there is local overheating. Discoloration caused by creepage marks and carbonization on the surface of the insulation caused by corrosion of harmful gases.
3. Whether the air-cooling device of the transformer is operating normally.
4. There should be no overheating of high and low pressure joints. The cable head should be free of leakage and creepage.
5. The temperature rise of the dry-type transformer winding should be based on the grade of the insulation material used in the transformer, and the monitored temperature rise should not exceed the specified value.
6. The support porcelain bottle should be free of cracks. Traces of discharge.
7. Check whether the winding press is loose.

Common faults and abnormalities of SCB10-80KVA dry-type transformer are:

2. The sound of the transformer is abnormal, such as “squeaking” or “crackling”; In operation, it makes a sound such as a frog’s “wow, wow, wow”;
3. When the transformer is powered or tested after the shutdown, it is often found that the voltage is abnormal, such as two phases high and one phase low or the indication is zero; Some of the newly put into operation transformers have high three-phase voltages, which burn out some electrical equipment due to excessive voltage;
4. Under normal cooling conditions, the temperature of the transformer is abnormal and rising;
5. The transformer cannot be powered after a thunderstorm;
6. The high-voltage binding post is burned out, and the high-voltage bushing has serious damage and flashover traces;
