SCB10-800KVA dry-type transformer is a low-noise and low-loss dry-type transformer with current performance indicators, which can be used as a replacement product for various distribution transformers, and is one of the products with excellent performance in various dry-type transformers, especially suitable for urban power grids, high-rise buildings, business centers, theaters, hospitals, hotels, tunnels, subways, underground power stations, laboratories, stations, docks, airports, combined substations and other important places to promote and use.

SCB10-800KVA dry-type transformer features:

Low loss: The no-load loss of the product is more than 35% lower than the national standard GB/T10228-2008 “Technical Parameters and Requirements for Dry-type Power Transformers”, with excellent energy-saving effect, economical operation and maintenance-free.

Low noise: The noise level of the product is more than 10-15 dB lower than the current professional standard JB/T10088-1999 “6-220KV transformer sound level”.

Low partial discharge: The resin mixture adopts two technologies: foreign stirring method and vacuum film degassing, so that the mixture is stirred evenly and the air bubbles in the mixture are eliminated at the bottom. The product only has a very low partial discharge capacity, which can be controlled below 5PC.

Both the high and low voltage coils are poured under vacuum and pressure, so that the resin insulation has both full encapsulation and inter-turn leaching. The casting body has a dense solidified structure, which is flame retardant, explosion-proof and does not pollute the environment. The insulating materials such as glass fiber around the coil have self-extinguishing characteristics, and will not cause arcing due to short circuits, and the resin will not produce toxic and harmful gases under high heat.

High mechanical strength: the resin with filler makes the difference in the expansion coefficient of the pouring body small, the curing shrinkage rate is small, the internal stress is small, and the hardness of the cured object is high.

High electrical strength: The high and low voltage coils are poured into a fully sealed structure in a vacuum, with good insulation performance, arc resistance and moisture-proof performance, and can withstand the electrical strength of atmospheric overvoltage, operating overvoltage, transient overvoltage and long-term working voltage, and the power frequency withstand voltage is strong.

SCB10-800KVA dry-type transformer features:

1. The coil is wound with copper wire or foil, with non-woven fabric plus imine film wire as raw material, non-woven plus imine film wire has the characteristics of relatively thin insulation thickness and high voltage resistance, and is an ideal winding wire material for electrical products with small winding volume, large output and high reliability. Strong pressure resistance, epoxy resin without filler, vacuum drying, degassing, dehumidification, overall casting, high mechanical strength, short circuit resistance, and strong impact resistance.

2. The head end of the high-voltage winding and the middle tap tap are embedded with copper inserts, which has good rigidity, easy to adjust the gear, and is beautiful and neat.

3. The iron core is made of new Wuhan Iron and Steel 120 cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, and the 45-degree full-oblique multi-step joints are stacked. The surface is covered with resin insulating coating, which is moisture-resistant, rust-proof, and noise-resistant.

4. The elastic parts are clamped between the core, clamp and coil to make the coil in a stable compression state to reduce noise.
