The S20 transformer has the characteristics of low loss, low noise and higher efficiency, which can achieve good energy saving effect and reduce pollution. Compared with the general oil-immersed transformer, the S20 transformer cancels the oil conservator, and the change of oil volume is automatically adjusted by the elasticity of the corrugated oil tank corrugated sheet, and the transformer and air barrier are prevented to avoid and alleviate the deterioration of the oil and the aging of the insulation, improve the reliability of operation, and complete the normal operation without maintenance.
S20 Transformer Features:
1. Reduce no-load loss.
The five-level joints of silicon steel sheets with excellent performance are selected to improve the core structure and process and reduce the process index. The iron yoke is not stacked, the silicon steel sheet is not painted, and the cutting burr is kept below 0.02mm.
2. Reduce load loss.
Choose an oxygen-free copper rod with stronger conductivity than electrolytic copper to pull the wire to improve the conductivity. Appropriately adjust the current intensity, improve the insulation structure, select semi-oil channels, prefabricated insulators, overall wrapping clothes, self-adhesive wires, self-adhesive paper, reduce the insulation volume, improve the winding filling coefficient, and reduce the winding specifications to reduce load loss.
3. Reduce the consumption of other components.
Improve the core structure: Improve the structure, control the leakage flux of the windings in the design, and adjust the ampere-turn balance to reduce the spurious consumption of structural parts such as fuel tanks. Use corrugated fuel tank and sheet radiator to improve heat exhaust efficiency.
S20 transformer advantages:
(1) High voltage: The primary voltage of the S20 transformer is 220V or 380V, but the secondary voltage of a single experimental transformer often reaches thousands of volts to tens of thousands of volts. Experimental transformers with secondary voltages exceeding 750kV generally adopt a multi-cascade structure.
(2) Small current: The rated voltage of the S20 transformer is actually the capacitance current of the tested product, so it is generally lower than 1A. However, the experimental transformer used for cable and large-scale motor test, external insulation pollution test, line corona test and other projects can reach several amperes of secondary current.
(3) Short working time: Due to the short voltage resistance time of the tested product, the experimental transformer is generally 0.5h or 1h short-time working system except for insulation and pollution test, line corona test and cable test.
