Performance characteristics of oil-immersed fully sealed distribution transformers

(1) Compared with S9 transformer, the no-load loss of S11 transformer is reduced by about 30% on average.

(2) The low-voltage winding with a capacity in the range of 630~2500kVA adopts a barrel or spiral structure, with high mechanical strength, balanced ampere turn distribution, and good anti-short circuit ability of the product.

(3) The body is equipped with a positioning structure to make it not displace during transportation, and fastening nuts are installed at all fastening places to ensure that the fastening parts of the product are not loose during long-term operation, which meets the requirements of not hanging core.

(4) The transformer adopts a corrugated oil tank, which cancels the oil conservator, and the box cover and the edge of the box are completely welded or fastened with bolts, which prolongs the service life of the transformer oil.

(5) The surface of the product is sprayed with primer and topcoat after degreasing, rusting and phosphating treatment, which can meet the special use requirements of metallurgy, petrochemical systems and humid and polluted areas.

(6) Selected components, fully sealed transformer oil tank, pressure release valve, signal thermometer, gas relay, etc. are installed according to standard requirements to ensure the safe operation of the transformer. This series of products has a beautiful appearance, small size, can reduce the installation footprint, and is an ideal maintenance-free quality product.

(7) Low noise: compact design structure, application of new materials and new processes, reduce noise, noise is lower than traditional products 5-10db, no oil conservator, height lower than similar products. There is no need to change oil during the normal life cycle, which improves the safety and reliability of power grid operation

(8) When the transformer is encapsulated, the vacuum oil injection process is used to completely remove the moisture in the transformer oil tank. After sealing, the transformer does not come into contact with air, which effectively prevents oxygen and moisture from entering the transformer and causing the insulation performance to deteriorate (aging of insulation materials and oil), so it is not necessary to conduct regular oil sample tests

(9) Reliable long-term service life: the fully sealed transformer box cover and the box edge are bolted or welded to isolate the contact between oil and air, and the insulation will not be damp, which greatly reduces the aging rate of insulation and improves the service life.

(10) Small size and beautiful appearance: S11-M series transformer oil tank adopts corrugated plate heat sink, when the oil temperature changes, the change of oil volume is mediated and compensated by the elastic expansion of the corrugated sheet. The corrugated fuel tank has a beautiful appearance, small size, and a small footprint.

(11) No hanging heart: the user does not need to check the hanging heart before the operation of the fully sealed transformer, and the user can save the cost of hanging heart inspection. Maintenance-free: Hermetically sealed transformers require no maintenance.
