The low-voltage coil is wound with foil, the foil winding is cured into an integral structure through end sealing, and the high-voltage coil is poured with epoxy resin in a vacuum state, and a solid long cylindrical whole is formed after curing, with high mechanical strength, small partial discharge, high reliability, and high level of short-circuit lightning impact. The inner and outer layers of the coil are thin and have good heat dissipation performance. The cooling method is generally air free cooling (AN), and for any transformer with equivalent protection, an air cooling system (AF) can be configured to improve the short-term overload capacity and ensure safe operation. Enclosure protectors
The housing material is stainless steel or aluminum alloy. The degree of protection reaches IP20 and IP23. The IP20 housing prevents the ingress of solid foreign objects with a diameter greater than 12.5 mm, providing further safety protection for the transformer. The IP23 enclosure also prevents water droplets from entering within a 60° angle to the vertical line, making it suitable for outdoor operation.
Temperature control, temperature display
The temperature control system is composed of a temperature controller and a PTC temperature measuring element installed at the top end of the low-voltage winding at the first point of the product, to realize the temperature measurement and monitoring of the transformer, if the temperature of the transformer winding is too high due to overload operation or failure, the temperature controller will send an alarm signal, and the temperature will automatically trip when the temperature exceeds the safe value. When forced air cooling is used, there is a temperature controller to decide the input or switching of the cooling fan according to the temperature of the winding. The temperature display system directly displays the hot spot temperature of the windings during the operation of the transformer, which can be used in conjunction with the temperature control system.
