Product description
Dry-type transformers rely on air convection for cooling, and are generally used for local lighting and electronic circuits. Dry-type transformers are widely used in local lighting, high-rise buildings, airports, docks, CNC machinery and equipment, etc., simply put, dry-type transformers refer to transformers whose iron cores and windings are not impregnated in insulating oil. Cooling methods are divided into natural air cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF).
Dry-type transformer process characteristics:
1. The noise source of the transformer comes from the core, the company applies the automatic CNC stepped joint core automatic production line, and adopts the new Step-Lap process to improve the magnetic circuit distribution inside the core, and reduces the noise of the product with its unique equipment advantages.
2. In product design, CAD optimization methods are adopted, high-quality silicon steel sheets are selected, and lower magnetic density is taken to keep it away from the saturation point, so that the harmonic amount in the iron core is reduced and the noise is reduced.
3. All clamping parts are cushioned by silicone rubber and elastic elements to reduce the amplitude and noise, and at the same time, a certain thickness of resin is coated on the surface of the core, which plays a role in sound insulation.
Dry-type transformer features:
Voltage level 10-35kV, transformer capacity SC10, SCB10-3~2500kVA, the transformer is our company on the basis of digestion and absorption of the introduction of technology research and development of 35kV insulation dry-type transformer, the design and manufacture of products are to meet the requirements of IEC60076, GB6450, GB/T10228 and other standards, the products are widely used in power plants, power stations, industrial and mining enterprises, user distribution stations and other power and distribution systems, the product has the following characteristics:
(1) Low loss, fully in line with the standard requirements of **9,10,11 series products and the requirements of ** energy-saving standards;
(2) Small partial discharge;
(3) The insulation level has reached class F, the temperature resistance is 155 °C, the actual operating temperature rise is low, the overload capacity is strong, it can run with 120% overload for a long time in the case of self-cooling, and it can run with 150% overload in the case of forced air cooling;
(4) The noise is small, and it has decreased by about 20dB on average on the basis of the national standard;
(5) Reliable performance, safe operation, convenient maintenance, high overall mechanical strength, strong short-circuit resistance, good resistance to impact overvoltage, and good moisture-proof performance.
Terms of use:
The conditions of use that meet the following requirements are normal use conditions.

The altitude does not exceed 1000m.
b. Ambient temperature
**Temperature +40°C
**Daily average temperature +30°C
**Annual average temperature +20°C
**Air temperature -30°C (for outdoor transformers)
**Temperature -5°C (for indoor transformers)
c. Waveform of the supply voltage
The waveform of the supply voltage resembles a sine wave.
d. Symmetry of multiphase supply voltage
The supply voltage to which the multiphase transformer is connected should be approximately symmetrical.
Applications:
The product* is suitable for use in harsh environments with high fire protection requirements, large load fluctuations, and dirt and humidity. For example, it is suitable for high-rise buildings, commercial centers, airports, tunnels, chemical plants, ships and other important or special environmental places.
Dry-type transformers have the ability to withstand thermal shock, large overload capacity, flame retardant, high fire performance, low loss, small partial discharge, low noise, no harmful gases, no pollution to the environment, insensitive to humidity and dust, small size, no cracking, and easy maintenance. Therefore, it is suitable for use in harsh environments with high fire protection requirements, large load fluctuations and dirty supermarkets. Such as: airports, power plants, metallurgical operations, hospitals, high-rise buildings, shopping malls, residential areas and petroleum, chemical, nuclear power plants, nuclear submarines and other special environments.
