6. Equipped with a thermostat, a platinum resistor (Pt100) is placed in the embedded hole at the top of the low-voltage coil. In order to monitor the temperature rise of the transformer winding, the cooling fan is automatically started and stopped, and the fault alarm, over-temperature alarm and over-temperature tripping functions are equipped to provide reliable overload protection devices for the dry-type transformer, so as to improve the safety of the dry-type transformer operation.

The function of the core is to strengthen the magnetic coupling between the two coils. In order to reduce eddy currents and hysteresis losses in the iron, the core is made of painted silicon steel sheets; There is no electrical connection between the two coils, and the coils are wound by insulated copper wire (or aluminum wire). One coil connected to the AC power supply is called the primary coil (or primary coil), and the other coil is connected to the electrical appliance called the secondary coil (or secondary coil).
