1. The core of Runsheng power transformer is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet, which is manufactured by automatic cross-cutting process and the latest process of applying step-lap joints, which improves the distribution of magnetic flux density in the core, reduces the vibration energy of the core, effectively reduces noise and reduces loss.
2. The coil is wound with high-strength enameled wire (or paper-wrapped wire), cylindrical (or cake) structure, uniform ampere turns, reasonable insulation structure, and strong anti-short circuit ability.
