This series of new products is a non-encapsulated dry-type transformer made of high-quality NOMEX insulating material. Its high and low voltage windings are long and round, and the high-voltage coil adopts a special process of vertical winding of flat copper wires. It is impregnated with H-grade solvent-free paint by VPI vacuum pressure and cured at high temperature. So as to improve the mechanical strength of the coil and achieve the effect of reducing the size of the whole machine. The core is made of high-quality high-permeability cold-rolled oriented (0.27-0.30) thin silicon steel sheet, the core column and iron yoke are oblong cross-section, no punching full oblique 45° joint, the core column and iron yoke are fastened with stainless steel pull plate and H200 tightening belt, compact structure, reliable and advanced, and effectively reduce the no-load current and no-load loss.
