Features:
The box body adopts a fully sealed structure of corrugated oil tank to prevent air and water from contacting the transformer, reducing the aging degree of oil and prolonging the service life of the transformer; The elastic deformation of the corrugated sheet is used to adjust the volume change of transformer oil thermal expansion and contraction. The product is an outdoor structure, no oil pillow, and has a high anti-fouling level; There is no need to replace the transformer oil during the normal service period, which is truly maintenance-free and ensures the safe operation and reliability of the power grid.
The 16000KVA oil-immersed transformer is equipped with pressure release safety protection, when the transformer fault pressure is too high, it can be reliably and safely released through the pressure release valve to prevent the expansion of accidents.
Product sealing form: there are two kinds of box edge welding and bolt fastening, for users to choose.
Performance characteristics of 16000KVA oil-immersed transformer
a. The low-voltage winding of oil-immersed transformers generally adopts cylindrical structure or spiral structure; The high-voltage winding adopts a multi-layer cylindrical structure, so that the ampere-turn distribution of the winding is balanced, the magnetic flux leakage is small, the mechanical strength is high, and the short-circuit resistance is strong.
B. The core and winding have adopted fastening measures, and the fastening parts such as the height and low-voltage lead are equipped with self-locking locknuts, and the non-hanging structure is adopted, which can withstand the shock of transportation.
c. The coil and core are dried by vacuum, and the transformer oil adopts the process of vacuum oil filtration and oil injection, so that the moisture inside the transformer is minimized.
d. The oil tank adopts corrugated sheets, which has a breathing function to compensate for the volume change of oil caused by temperature changes, so the product does not have an oil conservator, which obviously reduces the height of the transformer.
e. Because the corrugated sheet replaces the oil conservator, the transformer oil is isolated from the outside world, which effectively prevents the entry of oxygen and water from leading to the decline of insulation performance.
f. The surface of the product is sprayed with primer and topcoat after degreasing, embroidery and phosphating treatment, which can meet the special requirements of metallurgy, petrochemical system and humid and polluted areas.
g. Selected components, fully sealed transformer oil tank, pressure release valve, signal thermometer, gas relay, etc. are installed according to standard requirements to ensure the safe operation of the transformer. Normal environmental use conditions: the altitude does not exceed 1000m. The ambient temperature is up to +40°C, the lowest is -25°C, and the average annual temperature is +20°C
Special environmental use conditions: more than 1000m above sea level. The ambient temperature is up to +40°C and the lowest is -45°C.
