1250KVA oil-immersed transformer is our company introduced foreign advanced technology, independently developed SCB10, SCB11 series of thin insulated dry-type transformers with packing, because the coil is encapsulated by epoxy resin, so it is flame-retardant, fireproof, explosion-proof, maintenance-free, pollution-free, small size, can be directly installed in the load center. At the same time, the scientific and reasonable design and pouring process make the product have smaller partial discharge, low noise, strong heat dissipation capacity, and can run for a long time under 125% rated load under forced air cooling conditions, and is equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, with fault alarm, over-temperature alarm, over-temperature trip and gate function, and is connected to the computer through the RS485 serial interface, which can be centrally monitored and controlled.

Normal conditions of use:

1. Indoor use, and the altitude is not more than 1000 meters.

2. Ambient temperature: maximum temperature +40°C, minimum temperature -30°C, maximum annual average temperature +20°C.

1. The high-voltage winding is made of enameled copper wire, and the low-voltage winding is wound with copper foil. The high-voltage winding is filled with glass fiber felt, and poured with imported epoxy resin without filler in a vacuum state, which forms a solid whole after curing, with good mechanical strength, small partial discharge and high reliability.
